Refund Policy

1. Digital Products - No Refunds

Picturalia offers digital products (credits for AI-powered image transformations). Due to the digital and instant nature of the service, we do NOT offer refunds once credits have been purchased. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that: • Credits are delivered immediately after payment • The image transformation service is instant and irreversible • Credits cannot be exchanged for money or transferred • This policy complies with European digital product regulations

2. Right of Withdrawal

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to: • Supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent (Article 16.m) By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product (credits) and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal.

3. Unused Credits

Credits purchased: • Never expire while your account is active • Are NOT refundable under any circumstances • Remain available until you use them • Are lost if you voluntarily delete your account

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your credits, contact our support at hello@picturalia.com. We will evaluate each case individually and: • If the problem is attributable to Picturalia, we will restore the affected credits • We will offer technical assistance to resolve any issue • In exceptional cases, we may offer additional credits as compensation

5. Failed Transformations

If a transformation fails due to a technical error on our system (not due to inappropriate content or terms violation): • The credit is automatically returned to your account • You can try the transformation again • If the problem persists, contact support

6. Exceptions

The only circumstances under which we might consider a refund are: • Duplicate charge due to payment system error • Unauthorized charge (proven fraud) • Clearly erroneous pricing error These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require verification.

7. Claim Process

If you believe you are entitled to a refund according to the above exceptions: 1. Contact hello@picturalia.com within 7 days of purchase 2. Include your transaction ID and detailed reason 3. Attach any relevant evidence 4. You will receive a response within a maximum of 5 business days Picturalia's decisions on refunds are final.

Before purchasing, we recommend: • Use your 3 free credits to try the service • Review transformation examples in our gallery • Read the Terms of Service completely • Contact support if you have any questions Picturalia clearly displays this no-refund policy during the checkout process.

9. Applicable Law

This policy is governed by Spanish law and European Union directives on electronic commerce and consumer rights. For any dispute, the courts of Madrid, Spain shall have jurisdiction.
